About Lord Hill Park

Lord Hill Park is a private community in Snohomish County, WA. Established in 1979 by British Holdings LLC, it comprises 85 owner lots.

Located
just outside the city limits of both Snohomish and Monroe, WA, the community borders Lord Hill Regional Park, a 1,463-acre upland nature preserve with over 32 miles of trails open to equestrians, hikers, and mountain bikers. The neighborhood also has a community park on the east side of the neighborhood with a pond where you can view many species of plant and animal life.

Lord Hill Park's greatest asset is its residents, who make the community a wonderful place to live, work and play. The community is self-managed and is governed by a volunteer board of directors comprised of residents and elected by the homeowners.
